Once we receive your injectors they all treated to the following process:
-Labeled with a custom ID number upon receipt
-Pre-cleaning flow check
-Heated ultrasonic cleaning
-Bi-Directional High pressure flush
-New seals, o-rings, filter, and painting when required
-Flow tested in a stabilized environment
-Industry Standard 43.5 PSI for all injector ratings.
-Spray Pattern, Internal Sealing Capabilities, Flow Rates All Datalogged.
-Comprehensive report.
We strive to make sure that you injectors are rigorously tested to ensure proper injector flow and pattern. We have seen many injectors that although they were supposed to be "matched", but upon retesting the results were simply astonishing.
